鸭掌包

鸭掌包鸭脚包,属广东传统烧味之一。由鹅肠包裹切细了的叉烧鸡肝鸭脚,以叉烧汁腌后放入烧炉以文火烧,最后面层扫上麦芽糖浆,蜜味十足。但这种烧味现今已几乎绝迹。
