做法
做法是混合鱼肉制成鱼浆,将鱼浆倒入模中凝固,倒出整幅鱼片后切条,加入滚油油炸,捞起切片即成鱼片,鱼片切至最后一条通常较幼作鱼片头。鱼片味道比鱼蛋咸,因为鱼片经过油炸,水分被抽干,盐分浓缩了,咸味变得较重。
