花卷
花卷与馒头非常相似，但为卷状。花卷由面粉、水、糖、大豆油、植物性起酥油、贝克酵母、发粉和奶粉制作而成[1]； 花卷略带甜味或咸味，亦有制作时掺入麻酱的“麻酱花卷”，或是加入食用油，盐，花椒粉末的“椒盐花卷”。可以直接食用，中国南方饮食习惯也可佐以炼奶。
