饥饿

饥饿（hunger）是动物由於肝的糖原水平下降而產生的感受。这种不快感於下丘脑产生，由肝和胃的感受器感应。一般人可以超過30天不进食而不至于死亡，但在缺水的情况下则只能维持三天。
