载宁郡（：／ Jaeryŏng gun */?）是朝鲜民主主义人民共和国黄海南道东部的一个郡，位于载宁平原上，西隔载宁江与黄海北道相望。面积328.4平方公里，2008年人口125,631人。[1]下分1邑、1劳动者区、24里。
