拉合尔
拉合尔（乌尔都语：，旁遮普语：，英语：）是巴基斯坦的第二大城市（仅次于卡拉奇），旁遮普省的省会，人口约1000万人，位于印度河上游平原。城中保留大量蒙兀儿王朝时代留下来的建筑，包括拉合尔古堡、以及巴德夏希清真寺等，是巴基斯坦境内最大清真寺。此外，拉合尔博物馆及沙利马尔花园亦颇富盛名。

历史
拉合尔约建于1世纪未至2世纪初。7世纪初叶，玄奘法师曾到访该市。拉合尔亦是12世纪加兹尼王朝、13-14世纪前期德里苏丹国及16-17世纪莫卧儿帝国的都城。1297年被察合台汗国占领，后收复该城。
1965年5月，第二次印巴战争中，发生拉合尔保卫战。
