扇蟹科

扇蟹科（學名：）是软甲纲十足目中的一个科。这个科的动物往往色彩鲜艳，含有烹饪时不会被殺滅、至今为止没有解毒剂的毒素[2]。这些毒素与四齒魨科的河豚毒素及蛤蚌毒素类似，可能是由与这些螃蟹共生的弧菌屬细菌如溶藻弧菌（V. alginolyticus）及副溶血弧菌（V. parahaemolyticus）生产的[2]。
