埃兰语又名以拦语，是一种已经灭绝的语言，由西亚古国埃兰所使用，也曾经是波斯帝国的官方语言。埃兰语最后一次出现是在亚历山大征服波斯帝国时期。

与其他语言的关系

大多数语言学家都将埃兰语视为孤立语言，与附近一样使用楔形文本的印欧语、闪米特语、苏美尔语（也是孤立语）没有密切的关系。

后代

一些证据显示波斯帝国灭亡之后埃兰语可能还在当地继续使用了较长的一段时期，成书于一世纪晚期的圣经《使徒行传》提到埃利迈斯王国（创建于埃兰故地的希腊化王国）的居民使用着一种独特的语言。最晚在十世纪的阿拉伯史料中，提到曾为埃兰旧地的胡齐斯坦地区，当地使用一种「令人费解」的语言，被称之为「胡齐语」（Khūzī），可能这是埃兰语的晚期变体[1]。
