生涯

2016年：成立NOTD

2016年，19岁的Tobi和17岁的Sam在SoundCloud认识彼此，并在得知两人就读瑞典南部廷斯吕德市镇的同一所高中后，开始一起制作混音。[4]组合的名称来自两人姓氏最后两个字母（意即Danielss"on" + Bran"dt"）颠倒后组合而成「NOTD」。[5]

2016-2017年：持续发行混音曲目

2016年，首次以组合名称「NOTD」发行混音作品—由加拿大歌手艾莉希亚·卡拉创作的歌曲《Scars to Your Beautiful》。[6]并在2017年发行多首重混作品，包括菲比·瑞安的《Dark Side》[7]、斯塔纳的《Romantic》[8]、尚恩·曼德斯的《There's Nothing Holdin' Me Back》、红发艾德的《妳的样子》、DJ卡利和蕾哈娜以及布赖森·蒂勒的《Wild Thoughts》、黛咪·洛瓦托的《Tell Me You Love Me》[9]以及这些年乐团的《If You're Over Me》[10]，其中《Romantic》在澳洲排行榜（The Preview EP）获得第91名的佳绩[11]、《妳的样子》获得了电辅音乐奖年度混音提名[12]、《Wild Thoughts》则登上告示牌的最佳混音歌曲列表中。[13]NOTD于2017年8月11日发行首支单曲《Summer of Love》，由挪威歌手达格尼演唱。[14]
