鱼翅饺

鱼翅饺是中国点心之一，为一种有虾肉及猪肉等配料的饺，上面放上鱼翅。相传是香港1980年代经济起飞时，有酒楼想出来的奢侈点心。现时鱼翅饺多数都没有真鱼翅，取而代之的是素翅、粉丝，甚至两者均没有。
