饭团

饭团泛指在汉字文化圈中各种用米饭捏成的团状食物,通常中间包有各种馅料,但同样由米饭包馅而成的粽子糯米鸡并不归于此定义内。

中式粢饭盛行于华南地区,常见的形状有椭圆形圆形与长条形等,主材以糯米为主,而内馅则会加入油条、豆干、肉松、酸菜、榨菜等,因地而异,为受欢迎的早餐菜式并常搭配豆浆食用。现代粢饭也会加入鲔鱼、玉米、火腿等食材。

日式饭团日语:罗马化Onigiri)形状以三角形为主,常以各种海鲜作为馅料,如鲔鱼鲑鱼炸大虾等,并在外包裹上海苔以避免米饭黏手,方便食用;其另一变体则为寿司出现以后的变化形寿司卷惠方卷加州卷等)。

二十世纪初,饭团、寿司卷等日本菜经由日本统治传入朝鲜半岛[1][2][3][4][5],最后演变成在地朝鲜化的变体拳头饭韩语:罗马化:jumeokbap)及海苔饭卷韩语:罗马化:gimbap)等。
