食猿雕
食猿雕（学名：），也称作食猴雕（）、菲律宾雕（），是菲律宾的国鸟，目前仅存不到500对，主要集中到棉兰老岛的雨林中。是世界上体型最大、数量最稀少的雕类之一，属于大型雕类，被人们赞为世界上“最高贵的飞翔者”，有“雕中之虎”的美誉。食猿雕体态强健，相貌凶狠，体长1公尺，重达9公斤，两翅展开可约2公尺。

生态
捕杀森林中的猴子、犀鸟、鼯鼠、蛇、灵猫等，其巢是由树棍和细枝构成的大型巢，位于粗枝的分叉处，主要在高于四周的树木上筑巢。 食猿雕与中南北美洲的角雕习性极为相似，相较于几乎冠于所有大型猛禽的惊人体长及体重，食猿雕的翼展显得较短，适于在森林中穿梭捕猎，而较不利于高空盘旋翱翔。
