头部穿孔
头部穿孔（Trepanation），又称颅骨穿孔术或环锯术，是一种外科手术干预法，在头皮与头盖骨上钻或挖一个孔，令到头颅的硬膜外露，以处理颅内疾病或其他相关的健康问题。人们相信这种方法可以释放颅内过大的压力，而根据许多民族的神秘主义者及新纪元运动信徒相信，在头盖骨上打洞，可以提升感应能力。在十八世纪的欧洲，头部穿孔是一种民间疗法，用来治疗精神病或其他与头脑相关的病变。但由于缺乏科学依据，这项手术慢慢被现代医学所鄙弃。
