头臂动脉干

头臂干[1]（）又称头肱动脉干[2]、无名动脉（），为主动脉弓的第一条分支，主要供应头部右侧、右颈，及右臂的血流。

头臂干位于纵隔内，在其自主动脉弓分出之后，主动脉弓随即分出右颈总动脉及右锁骨下动脉。本动脉仅位于身体右侧，左侧的颈总动脉及锁骨下动脉皆由主动脉弓直接分出，不过两侧皆有头臂静脉。
