金龙中心于1991年落成，由恒基地产兴建。金龙中心建筑面积共有15.6万平方呎，其中商场占约2.18万平方呎，而写字楼占约13.4万平方呎。2016年9月，恒基地产以43.68亿港元出售金龙中心给联丰商业集团（Luen Fung Commercial Holdings)。[1]
