EC酶分类
- EC 3.1.1：羧酸酯水解酶类（Carboxylic ester hydrolases）
- 乙酰酯酶（Acetylesterase，EC 3.1.1.6），可分开有机化合物的乙酰基官能基。
- 胆碱酯酶（Cholinesterase）
- 乙酰胆碱酯酶（Acetylcholinesterase）：能抑制神经递质乙酰胆碱（acetylcholine）的能力。
