覆盖层

覆盖层是指覆盖在岩石上的土石体，主要位于河谷、盆地、平原等地。这些土石体形成时间不长，主要构成为砂、砾石、黏土、黄土、淤泥、碎石等。土石体厚度最短为数米，最长会有数百米[1]。
