姜饼人

姜饼人（英文：gingerbread man）是指用姜饼制成的人形曲奇饼干，是耶诞节过节食品的一种。

历史

西方早在十五世纪时，已开始制作姜饼，而到了十六世纪，已有将饼干制成人形的习惯[1]。有关姜饼人的最早记载则是在英国伊丽莎白一世的宫中：她命人将姜饼制成她重要客人的样貌[2]。
