蕨菜
蕨菜,是可食用蕨类植物嫩卷芽的通称。蕨菜在台湾话称为蕨苭(kueh-niau),常以国语转写为过猫。

常见的蕨菜包括欧洲蕨及其变种(Pteridium aquilinum (L.) Kuhnsub sp. Latiusculum (Desv.) Shieh)、乌毛蕨(Blechnum orientale Linn.)、肾蕨(Nephrolepis auriculata (Linn.) Trimen)、 水蕨(Ceratopteris thalictroides (L.) Brongn)、过沟菜蕨 (Anisogonium esculentum (Retz.) Presl)及广叶锯齿双盖蕨 (DiplaziumdilatatumBlume)等,其中以过沟菜蕨较为普遍 。[1]
