苏联总统委员会
苏联总统委员会（俄語：，英語：），是苏联领导人米哈伊尔·谢尔盖耶维奇·戈尔巴乔夫于1990年3月14日创建，用来取代苏联共产党中央政治局作为苏联的主要决策机构，1990年12月26日被废除。[1][2]
