小康奈尔·海恩斯（Cornell Haynes, Jr.，1974年11月2日－），以其艺名Nelly出名，是一位美国非裔的说唱歌手和演员。出生于美国德克萨斯州奥斯汀，童年时随母亲搬到密苏里州大学城。至今已发行五张专辑。
