红姜丝
做法
先将采收来的嫩姜用刀仔细去除外皮,然后将生姜块薄切成姜片,再洒上一点盐巴让姜片出水,再将水份沥干,再用沸水煮滚去除生姜的呛辣。
腌姜片的佐料汁用寿司醋、细砂糖、盐巴、蜂蜜来调配,再将煮好的生姜片放到佐料汁中密封腌渍,放在冰箱两个礼拜即可。
