米糕

米糕是指稻米经各种方法加工后制成的米制品和食品。在以稻米为主食的地区（中国、日本、韩国）存在着各种各样的米糕。[1]中国境内的米糕种类有重阳糕、糍粑、饵块、发粿、煎堆、糯米糍、驴打滚、年糕、桂花糕[2]、青团、上海松糕、汤圆、伦教糕。
