瓜氨酸化

瓜氨酸化英語:),也称为去亚胺基化英語:),是一种蛋白质翻译后修饰,通常由蛋白精氨酸脱亚氨酶(PADs)作用于蛋白质上精氨酸残基形成瓜氨酸残基。而游离的精氨酸由精氨酸脱亚胺酶(ADIs)转化为瓜氨酸。[1]
