牧羊人派

牧羊人派（英语：），又称农舍派（英语：），是源自英格兰的馅饼[1]，是肉派的一种，派顶以薯蓉覆盖[2][3][4]。牧羊人派有许多变种，但是主要的配料是在肉汁或者洋葱酱汁中烹制的碎红肉以及一些马铃薯泥。有时也会加入其他蔬菜，如豌豆、甜玉米、旱芹或胡萝卜。它有时也会加入磨碎的奶酪。牧羊人派这个称呼直到1854年才出现[3]。

辞源

1791年开始使用「农舍派（cottage pie）」一词[3] ，马铃薯被当作穷人的食物，而农舍则是贫穷的农民的住所。

直到1854年才出现「牧羊人派（shepherd's pie ）」这个词[3]，无论内馅是牛肉或羊肉，跟农舍派都是一样的意思[5]。不过在英国，从20世纪开始，牧羊人派就比较常用来称呼羊肉做的派[6][7][8]。
