波羅的地區

波羅的（）地區（Baltic region）是指波羅的海沿岸的國家區域，但因定義不同而所指區域也有不同。波羅的海沿岸國家包括丹麥、愛沙尼亞、拉脫維亞、芬蘭、德國、立陶宛、波蘭、俄羅斯和瑞典。通常波羅的海三國則是指愛沙尼亞、拉脫維亞、立陶宛。俄羅斯帝國的波羅的海各省則包括了現在的愛沙尼亞和拉脫維亞。而波羅的海理事會的成員國除了波羅的海沿岸國家之外還包括了挪威、冰島及歐盟的剩餘國家。
