杨崇祖

杨崇祖，仇池氐人，在496年正月被南齐授为沙州刺史，封阴平王。[1]

他在父亲杨炅去世后继立，死后由儿子杨孟孙继承。从《梁书》记载天监初年以「孟孙为假节、督沙州刺史、阴平王」推算，杨崇祖在天监初年或以前去世。[2]
