梭菌蛋白酶

梭菌蛋白酶（英語：，EC 3.4.22.8，其它英文名有：clostridiopeptidase B, clostridium histolyticum proteinase B, alpha-clostridipain, clostridiopeptidase, Endoproteinase Arg-C）是一种从梭菌属溶组织梭状芽胞杆菌（Clostridium histolyticum）中分离出的蛋白酶，在精氨酸的羧基端水解肽键[1][2][3]，最适反应pH为7.4~7.8。
