心理惊悚

心理惊悚（英语：）是结合惊悚和心理的类型。它通常用于描述在惊悚或惊险场景中处理心理叙事的电影和书籍等媒介。也时常有创作者结合其他类别进行复合式的文本创作，如安眠书店第一季即是浪漫爱情结合心理惊悚。或多数情况此类型文本通常与鬼故事、奇幻类型故事结合。

心理惊悚属于惊悚叙事结构的子分类 [1]。与哥特和侦探作品相似，有时甚至具有“消散的现实感”。人们常常通过心理压力人物的观点来讲述它，揭示他们扭曲的心理认知，并着重于强迫症和病理性人物之间复杂且经常遭受折磨的关系。[2]
