张君实

张君实，云南人，中华民国军人，官员。

早年任滇军旅长，民国18年5月任霞浦县县长，在任时不与乡绅打交道，地方人士亦以其人粗鲁无礼而不敢与其接近。民国19年1月即去职，由陈希彭接任。[1]
