Yate (網路電話引擎)

Yate 的全名是 Yet Another Telephony Engine，是開放原始碼的VoIP網路電話引擎。可以作为網路電話服务器、也可以作为網路電話客户端使用。目前有Linux版本、也有Windows版本。

Yate 最早是2004年由NullTeam 所推出。[3]2005年Sangoma 宣稱 Yate 將在 Windows 平台上繼續開發。[4]

架構

Yate 的架構是基於 message passing system. 其結構可以分成 4 大部份:[5]

  • Core, 用於封裝sockets, threads 以及其他的基本元件
  • Message Engine, message 相關類別, 用於模組間的資料交換
  • Telephony Engine, telephony 相關類別
  • Yate Modules, Yate 的模組延伸功能, 非迫切需要
