历史
马西莫·奥斯蒂设计师于1982年创立了Stone Island，初期是用副线来补充主要品牌C.P.公司，他于1971年创办的公司[1] 。
1983年，公司将50%的业务出售给GFT（英语: Gruppo Finanziario Tessile），后者于1991年收购公司其余部分。马西莫·奥斯蒂（Massimo Osti）于1994年离开公司，1996年保罗·哈维（Paul Harvey）接任品牌设计师，直到2008年。1993年GFT将公司出售给卡洛·里维蒂（Carlo Rivetti），后者也购买CP公司成立运动服装公司SpA [2]。
2017年8月，Stone Island向新加坡主权财富基金淡马锡控股出售30%的股份[3]。
2020年12月，盟可睐以11.5亿欧元收购Stone Island的多数股权。
