《Still You》在12月16日通过SM娱乐公司官方Youtube频道公开预告片，17日公开MV，18日公开音源。所属经纪公司SM娱乐表示：「2013年成功举办世界巡演的Super Junior为纪念出道8周年，也为了表达对粉丝谢意，特意准备了惊喜」。12月28日至29日在一山KINTEX举办的SMTown Week Super Junior演唱会上首次公开《Still You》舞台。[1][2]
