Startpage

Startpage为一荷兰公司Startpage B.V.所推出的搜索引擎服务[1]，其前身为元搜索引擎Ixquick，Startpage当时Ixquick旗下之服务，两者于2016年改为合并并改为现名。Startpage以强调对用户隐私的保护闻名。[2][3][4][5][6][7][8]

Startpage后台使用Google搜索API，所以具有跟Google相同的搜索品质。但是其发送到Google服务器的内容仅包含搜索关键字，Google不会获取到除此以外的头字段和cookie等信息。[9]

历史

Ixquick最早于1998年推出，创办人为David Bodnick，并于2005年3月23日推出更新版本。

2009年1月28日起，Ixquick停止记录用户IP地址。[10][11]
