Miro（原名为Democracy Player及DTV[2]）是由网络共享文化基金会开发的集媒体播放器、网络电视于一身的开源软件，自身可播放多种文档格式，也可通过下载功能下载互联网上的视频并且加以管理[3]，支持Microsoft Windows、Mac OS X及Linux操作系统。

Miro是遵循GNU通用公共许可证[4]发布的开源软件。

功能

视频播放

Miro可播放如Quicktime、WMV、MPEG、AVI、XVID等在内的多种格式[3]。

视频下载

Miro可从YouTube、Google视频、Blip以及其他网站下载视频，也可以使用搜索功能在互联网上寻找自己需要的视频。

Miro能自动从使用RSS的「频道」下载视频，并进行管理和播放。通过YouTube的高清视频功能，可以获得高质量的视频。[3]
