IDW公司（英语：），成立于1999年，被公认为是美国第四大连环画出版社。

由泰德·亚当斯，罗比·罗宾斯，亚历克斯·加纳和克里斯共同成立。成立初期主要是给游戏、电影、电视，纸牌游戏等娱乐公司提供美术作品和平面设计，但在获得大量成功以后，快速发展成为一家独立的公司。目前连载漫画包括《彩虹小马：友情就是魔法》漫画、《变形金刚》、《忍者龟》漫画。

历史

IDW公司于1999年成立。

在2000年，IDW成立了自己出版部门IDW出版社，另于2007年， IDT收购了IDW的多数股权。 2009年， IDT通过免税分拆创建了CTM Media Holdings。 这家新公司后来更名为IDW Media Holdings，由IDW和CTM Media Group的多数股权组成。[1] 原来两个创始人，亚当斯（ CEO兼出版）和罗宾斯（ EVP） ，依然积极地管理公司。

2007年，由Steve Niles和Ben Templesmith推出了第一个传统漫画系列“30 Days of Night”[2]。

另于同年推出电视剧Star Trek和CSI的改编漫画，还从孩之宝获得了变形金刚、义勇群英，彩虹小马：友情就是魔法和芙蓉仙子(Jem)的出版许可。变形金刚目前已经同时发行了五个不同系列。

2015年1月6日，IDW公司宣布已经收购了Topshelf Productions。[3]

同年2月，IDW公司和迪士尼达成协议，出版漫画史高治叔叔、唐老鸭和米老鼠等迪士尼漫画，同时，IDW也曾和东宝达成协议，出版《哥吉拉 怪兽传说》、《哥吉拉地球统治者》、《跨世纪哥吉拉》、《哥吉拉地狱》等哥吉拉漫画。[4]

Worthwhile Books 与 Blue Dream Studios

IDW公司在2008年推出了两个新系列，儿童书籍的Worthwhile Books[5]和Scott Christian Sava的Blue Dream Studios，两者原先为单独出版。

IDW公司成功拿到义勇群英的出版许可后于2008年5月正式推出漫画（以前由Devil's Due Publishing出版），并推出三个新系列。由Andy Schmidt 编辑撰写[6]，包括Chuck Dixon，Larry Hama和Christos Gage等作家。令其系列能赶上2009年的义勇群英电影。
