A1689B11是星系团阿贝尔1689内的一个极为古老的螺旋星系，在天球上位于室女座。A1689B11的极细盘面相当低温，但星系内的恒星形成率是本银河系的30倍。A1689B11距离地球约110亿光年，即形成于大爆炸之后26亿年。A1689B11是至2017年为止距离地球最远且最古老的螺旋星系[2][1]。
