60S核糖体亚基

60S亚基（英语：）是真核80S核糖体的大亚基，「60S」是核糖体颗粒根据其沉降系数以斯维德伯格单位来表示及命名的，它在结构和功能上与70S原核核糖体的50S亚基有关。[1][2][3][4][5][6]但是，60S亚基比原核50S亚基大得多，并且包含其他多个蛋白质片段及核糖体RNA扩展片段。
