5.8S rRNA
在分子生物学中，5.8S核糖体RNA（5.8S rRNA)是指一类非编码RNA。它是真核生物核糖体的大亚基的组成成分，在蛋白质转译中起重要作用。RNA聚合酶I先转录出沉降系数为45S的前体。该前体同样包含18S rRNA和28S rRNA。5.8S rRNA在核糖体转运中起作用[1]。它能够和p53肿瘤抑制蛋白形成共价连接[2]。
