黎兆棠
黎兆棠（？—？），字召民，为中国清朝官员，广东顺德县人。咸丰三年（1853年）中举人，咸丰六年（1856年）三甲第二十二名赐同进士出身。同治八年（1869年）奉旨任按察使衔分巡台湾兵备道。
任内发生大南澳事件。
