电话窃听
电话窃听（英语：，美式英语又作、），是由对话之外的第三方，对电话或互联网中的交谈及数据交换，进行监视、窃听的行为。电话窃听违反了秘密通信自由，被认为是一种侵犯人权的做法。在法律规范下，获得合法监听权力的政府单位所进行的窃听行为，称为合法监察（Lawful interception）。
