降解体
发现
1994年,瑞士日内瓦大学的Henry Krisch所领导的实验室和英国剑桥大学的Christopher Higgins所领导的实验室分别发表文章提出了细菌中存在着一种可以降解RNA的蛋白质复合物,也就是降解体;[3][4][5]他们是在对大肠杆菌的RNase E和PNPase的研究和鉴定过程中得到这一发现。[1]
