金马伦

金马伦爵士，KCB，VD（，1827年10月16日—1913年3月2日），英国军人，1884年出任驻中国、香港及海峡殖民地英军司令（Commander of British Troops in China, Hong Kong and the Straits Settlements）。[1]1884年10月平息了香港因中法战争引发的罢工。[2] 1887年4月至1887年10月出任署理香港总督。[3]1891年1月至1892年12月，及1894年5月至7月出任开普殖民地署理总督。1895年退休。[4]

金马伦爵士为英国外交、联邦及发展事务大臣的前英国首相大卫·金马伦的亲戚。金马伦少将为他的堂曾曾叔父。

香港的金马伦道、金马伦里、金马伦山道，以及马来西亚的金马伦高原都是以他命名。[5][6]
