医疗剧

医疗剧（英语：）是剧情在医疗环境中发展的电影或电视剧的一种种类。[1]

目前的医疗剧不仅描绘于救护人员、医院或任何医学场景中，还描绘了人物之间私生活的各个方面（例如典型的医疗剧有两个医生坠入爱河的情景）。传播理论家马素·麦克鲁汉在其1964年关于媒体性质的研究中预言医学剧将取得巨大成功[2]。

现今世界最长寿的医疗剧是1986年首播的英国电视剧《急诊室》。[3]
