邱韵铎

邱韵铎（1907年—1992年），上海人。

曾任创造社出版部主任。1930年3月加入左联，化名周渊，主编《文学界》月刊，第四期停刊。晚年定居重庆。着译有《热情的书》、《实业领袖》、《革命论集》等。
