豆浆豆花

豆浆豆花是一种流行于台湾的甜品小吃，主要材料为豆花、豆浆跟糖，也有人喜欢加点花生米或姜汁调味[1]。

豆浆豆花如今在许多台湾的甜品店都吃的到，但一开始是从嘉义地区风行起来的[2]，创始的店家已不可考，但一般认为以嘉义市文化路夜市的老店「阿娥豆花」为其代表，至今有六十年历史[3]。
