变星总表
变星总表(General Catalogue of Variable Stars) (GCVS)是变星的列表。它的第一版包含10,820颗恒星，是B. V. Kukarkin和P. P. Parenago编辑，在1948年由俄罗斯科学院发行。第二版和第三版分别在1958年和1968年出版；第四版分成三册，在1985年至1987年出版，包含28,435颗恒星[1][2]。第四版的第四册再稍后才印制，内容是参考表，再之后的第五册则包含银河系以外的变星[2]。最近的一版 (GCVS v5.1)以2015年的数据编辑，收录52011颗变星[3]。
GCVS的最新版本是在网络上的版本，它包含印刷的第四版中座标的改正，和在第四版发行之后，新近才发现的变星[2][4]。一个较老的版本，在2004年上网的GCVS，VizieR，可以在Centre de Données astronomiques de Strasbourg的服务器上找到，名称是Combined General Catalog of Variable Stars (GCVS4.2; VizieR database number II/250)[5]。
