谢伊·惠格姆
富兰克林·希亚·温汉（英语：，1969年1月5日—）是美国的一位演员。他最著名的作品是在HBO电视剧《海滨帝国》中饰演Elias "Eli" Thompson角色[1][2]，也在《金刚：骷髅岛》和《刑警双雄》中演出配角。他出生在佛罗里达州塔拉哈西[3][4]。
