苏富禄
苏富禄是阿塞拜疆哈萨克区的一个飞地村庄，整体位于亚美尼亚塔武什省境内。自1992年双方军事冲突以来，该地已被亚美尼亚军队占领。阿塞拜疆政府严禁外国公民前往该地，外国公民如进入以上地区，将被阿塞拜疆共和国永久拒绝入境，并列入「不受欢迎人物名单」[1]。
