蒸发器
蒸发器是指让液态化学物质（例如水）变成气态的设备。液体可能是蒸发为气体，也有可能是汽化为气体。
蒸发器常用在暖通空调中，蒸发器也可以让水蒸发，用在浓缩液态食品、在制药业中避免过量湿气，也用在硫酸盐制浆法或是海水淡化法中。
